Share One ***** DNS Server for Multiple Plesk Servers
Current we are not able to do this as all Plesk Severs look for "rndc-key" key value in the ***** DNS Server.
It would be great if we can change this "rndc-key" key value so we can configure the key on the ***** Server as rndc-key-1, rndc-key-2, ...

Web Application firewall log show apache AND nginx
Hello,
Navigating to Domains > example.com > Web Application Firewall > Error Log File results in apache, log opened by default which is not very convenient when OWASP3 Ruleset is running on Nginx. Could we have this option display both apache and nginx files?

VERP-style mail lists status
Hello,
Currently the VERP-style option for email addresses for mail lists in Plesk via CLI has only enable/disable arguments and its status cannot be verified via plesk CLI:plesk bin mailserver | grep -i -A3 subaddr
--email-subaddressing-enable <true|false>It would be a nice addition to have "status" as an argument to be able to query this setting.

Add the ability to exclude certain directories from SEO Toolkit Scanning
Curently, the SEO toolkit is scanning all sorts of URLs. For example, I don't want it to scan certian directories like example.com/feed and /wp-json URLS.

Make username visible in user details in smb user list page
If you go to the customers page, and select the user, you will see the username with the rest of the user's details on the right hand side of the page.
However, when going to (https://example.com:8443/smb/user/list) the username is not visible unless you try to edit the user. It would be useful to have this more accessible as it is in the customers' page.

Add feature to sort customers by their company name
Right now customers in Plesk can be sorted by their "customer name" only.

I'm using reseller plesk. When I login to plesk panel, I can see more than 10 web sites. But If I can to be anchor (pin) a wed site to top, It will be useful.

Put the 'add an alias' box at top of the email alias list screen
Very simple one this. I have email account with a huge list of aliases. I have to scroll a looooong way down to get the box to add a new one. Put the box where a new alias can be entered above the existing list, not at the base. Thanks.

to make a button to reset your Composer-settings for your site.
If you have a webpage set up with composer, and delete the project, the composer-settings remain stuck on the old composer file. Please make a button to reset this.

Ability to remove the folders from the Extension Composer
Now once folder is added to extension, it cannot be deleted. To be able to display only actual folders at extensions menu, please add a feature to remove application folders in extension's user interface.

Disable the option to modify the CAS trust level as customer/reseller level
As for the moment it's only possible to apply specific option to change server-wide the CAS trust level.
the option allows changing the CAS trust level for individual websites via tools & settings > ASP.NET, based on the documentation:
https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/administrator-guide/web-hosting/configuring-aspnet-windows.60322/If you do not select this checkbox, websites will use the server-wide setting. Otherwise, each website will be able to have its own CAS trust level specified in the website’s hosting settings.
The idea is creature a feature/option to remove the option as customer or reseller to be able to change/modify the CAS trust level.

Make firewall CLI more usable
At the moment, it is mandatory to use a second ssh session to confirm the changes. Therefore, you cannot easily script things like setting up a firewall on a new Plesk server.
Also, it's not possible to deactivate or modify the default rules like it's possible via GUI.- Implement a "--force" parameter to be able to setup the firewall via script

Can not mark ham messages as spam serverwide on Plesk Email Security Pro. Many spam messages and senders look HAM but actually spam. This should be handled by server admin, not individual email clients.

Add the "Switch View" button in Plesk interface for Resellers
When logged in to the panel as the Administrator, it is possible to switch between Service Provider and Power User views using a button in the bottom left corner.
However, this button is missing when logged in as a Reseller. It is still possible to switch the view via Tools & Settings > Interface Preferences, but it is not as convenient.
Please add the "Switch View" button for Resellers as well.

Add field of last time the password was changed in the mailing list
Due to IT security implementations it is often necessary to know when users changed their password to force them to change it again.
From this change, new features could be added to improve the service.

Plesk Premium Email: Creating/managing groups for shared folders
It should be possible to create user groups for Plesk Premium Email, so it would only be necessary to define permissions once and then add users to the group.
Afterwards it should be possible to assign the groups to shared folders, that way it is easier to add the same users to different folders.
Folders in questions are - Mail Folder, Calendar, Task List, Address Book, Files Folder
