Anonaddy as Mail-Service
Hello,
I have noticed that I use and also need more and more eMail addresses for different websites.
If only to see which website may have been hacked and turn off the SPAM on it. Currently it is possible to create aliases. However, the list becomes very confusing, as soon as some addresses were deposited.
There is open source code from Anonaddy on Github.
It would be great if this would be integrated and also the addon for Chrome/Firefox is adapted so that this works together with the anonaddy in Plesk.3 votesThank you for your input! Enable black/whitelists for mailgroups
Mailgroups currently simply forward mail to all its members. When forwarding, spam rules do not apply. Hence the black/whitelist settings are also ignored.
At least we should be able to only allow mailgroups to be used from internal accounts, so that mailgroups are not an easy target for spammers.

Remove digest-md5 from dovecot and postfix configs
Seeing as the current implementation does not work with Outlook (and a lot of people use Outlook), it would make sense to remove the digest-md5 option from dovecot and postfix configs. These options keep coming back on a Plesk update so it would better to just remove them completely.

Support for MailEnable domains' postoffices folders as junctions
We use the following configuration on Plesk for Windows: in MailEnable postoffices folder, domains' folders are junctions to folders inside subscriptions' web folder (e.g. C:\inetpub\vhosts\example.com\email). In Plesk Onyx with such setup, statistics were calculated successfully but in Obsidian, it stopped counting the size of junctions, so the mail statistics is counted as 0.
This setup is important for us, so please return the support for domains' mail folders as junctions.3 votes -
Fully Customizable Autodiscover Settings
Could you please allow some (or all) of the new Obsidian Autodiscover settings to be customizable at a Subscription or Domain level? Here is a list of things we need:
1) Specify POP or IMAP or BOTH incoming server types.
2) Specify custom domain prefixes for incoming and outgoing servers. (ie: mail.domain.ext or smtp.domain.ext or etc, etc...)
3) Specify custom port numbers for both incoming and outgoing servers. (so we may specify exactly what kind of security is enabled or not)
4) Any other settings that can be customized but are of lesser importance. Please, if you are concerned, allow…

Retroactively scan mailboxes for existing/already received spam
It would be useful to scan mailboxes for spam retroactively. This would allow searching previous emails for spam after setting up spam protection. This could also help flag items that passed the filter before the sender got blacklisted.

Ability to exclude trusted mail servers from DKIM checker
There are trusted mail servers with incorrect/broken DKIM.
It's needed to exclude such mail servers from DKIM checker. Tools & Settings > Mail Server > White List doesn't allow to exclude mail servers from DKIM/DMARC/SPF check.2 votes -
Ability to disable "Fix incorrectly set sender for outgoing mail" option only for specific domain
Sometimes it is required to use another sender FROM without changing it automatically.

Set the root directory to INBOX in mail autodiscover for Outlook
By default, the Mail Audodiscover function does not set the Root folder path to "INBOX" in Outlook, which results in an odd directory structure:
Inbox
Drafts
Sent
Trash
Spam
OutboxPlease provide a way to configure this without having to manually edit the mail server configuration files.

Hello,
On plesk you can only configure the Let's encrypt SSL on the webmail not on Smartermail.

Add functionality of updating mailboxes' indexes to "plesk repair mail"
Sometimes, when emails are manually migrated or restored from a manual backup, it is required to update mailboxes' indexes so migrated/restored emails are available via IMAP.
Such functionality could be added to the utility "plesk repair mail" so it is possible to update indexes in automated way.1 voteThank you for your input! Put the 'add an alias' box at top of the email alias list screen
Very simple one this. I have email account with a huge list of aliases. I have to scroll a looooong way down to get the box to add a new one. Put the box where a new alias can be entered above the existing list, not at the base. Thanks.

Create filtering rules to improve the anti-SPAM mechanism
Allow the user to define expressions or words in the subject or body of the message that would classify the email as SPAM. For example: if a rule was created that classifies as SPAM every email that has the word 'OFFER' in the subject.
Just blacklisting by email / domain is not enough, because SPAMERS change domains very easily.4 votesThank you for your input. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it is popular. Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Add possibility remove domain from remote SmarterMail, when mail service disabled by administrator manually
Currently Plesk has not remove the domain from the remote SmarterMail server and just disabled the it due to business logic (When a subscription is suspended, mail service and hosting service will be temporarily stopped to avoid losing mail data)
Add possibility remove domain from remote SmarterMail, when mail service disabled by administrator manually
