Email Monitoring System
The Plesk Control Panel, from my point of view, is amazing and using graphics and illustration in great way compared to other control panels. However, the Plesk CP lack an overview of what is going on ?
Using Outgoing Mail Control, Mail-log extention and Plesk Email Security extension is confusing. You need to track severl locations to see what is going on?

1 voteHi Hakem, we do understand that you would like to have a comprehensive email monitoring system, but this includes many different aspects that cannot be tracked in a single Uservoice feature request. Per feature request only one request can be handled, e.g. "add the ability to send an email alert if ...", "filter the list of emails on page ... by criteria ..." etc.
For that reason we must decline this combined request.

Cluster mail server
I use Plesk for mail server if it could be cluster for 2 server redundancy it is really perfect.

Please allow logging in to webmail with alias credentials.
For example, if a main domain's mailbox mail@example.com has an alias mail@alias.com, they should both be able to log in to webmail.example.com with the same password.

We do not see why it can make using a mailbox easier, as it is still the same mailbox and can equally well be opened with one set of defined login credentials. Also this request did not become popular. For these reasons we must decline it.

Implement outgoing email limits by IP
1 voteThis feature request did not become popular through the years. The usage scenario described in the comments is not plausible. Limiting by IP address does not have any advantage over limiting by mailbox, domain or subscription. We must decline this request.

Mail-Archiving for single mailboxes
In Germany we are faced with laws about mail archiving.
Usually you could do this:
a) create user@1domain.tld as mailbox
b) forwardy any imcoming mail to user@2domain.tldBut this does not work fully.
We need to copy ANY mail sent or received by user@1domain.tld into a mail-archive which is NOT an eMail-adress like user@2domain.tld.
Instead we need to save the communication for up to ten years in a database or like to hand this out to law enforcement when it comes to compliance issues. Is there any package out there within Pleask who can be adopted?

2 votesWe see the need that in some markets mail archiving could be important. However, the large number of different laws, regulations not only by country, but also by business types make it almost impossible to provide a "one size fits all" mail archiving solution. Even for the German GoBD, special interest software exists, while their requirements are quite ordinary compared to some U.S. regulations or specific regulations such as for the health and pharmaceutical sector. In some countries it is required to remove outdated personal mails for privacy reasons, in some others it is required to keep such mails, etc.
As all these need special configurations and this request did not become popular, at this time we are not planning to implement an audit-proof mail archiving solution, it would just be an unreasonable investment considering the low popularity of this request.

Add multiple email addresses to the "Forward to address" list
Is it currently possible to set only one mailbox to forward the mail for non-existent users in Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Settings > Forward to address.

Remote Mailenable or any other email server
Plesk already provided with Remote Smartermail same like
if Plesk provides Remote Mailenable or any other email servers. which will be easy to manage mail server remotely instead of the same server to reduce the emails via scripts and blacklist issues.

Mail app
My clients rely on their emails and find it difficult to configure on a email client. Wouldn’t it be easier to create a mail app for Plesk?

You can easily see all the necessary parameters for mail client configuration. Just click the (i) icon to the right of your mailbox in Plesk interface and you will see this information there.
Also you can use Roundcube webmail.

prevent user from sending email to particular domain or mailbox
In case some mailboxes send spam on behalf of my customers, I would like to have an ability to block their mailbox from sending emails to particular domain or mailbox that exists externally
