Service Binding to specific IP address
Zimbra is a great mail server solution, and it works great with Plesk if you can bind services from each to their own IP address. This can be done manually. But it brought to my attention the need to have this ability within Plesk without having to tinker with the conf files.

Add more command line options to configure Plesk
It´s very handy that many aspects of Plesk can be configured by command line. This makes configuring a new server quite comfortable as it´s way better than to click through all options. As we get new servers every now and then, it´s a real time saver.
But to perfect this, the following things should also be configurable via command line. At least I couldn´t find a way to do so already.
Server Management > Tools & Settings >
- Panel Branding
- Notifications
- System Time
- Session Idle Time

Add Exchange als Mail-Service
It would be fine to make Exchange an optional Mail-Service.

Please add the Support to use own SSL Certs for everey Email TLD.

Add option to skip disk calculation prior to Plesk Migration
For very large migrations, this step takes too long (30min - 1 hour)
We have to ability to create very large disks, and re-size them later, so there is no need for us to calculate space beforehand (we just do a df -h and provision 3x what is used).1 voteUnfortunately, this functionality does not seem to be popular or in-demand

Update your support for statistics engines
There are so many great statistics packages out there, but your current ones like Urchin don't even exist and are no longer available. Give us better statistics options for our customers.

Provide spinner icon when panel is loading
It would be great if you could provide a spinner or some kind of cursor so users can tell when the panel is doing something.

Outgoing IPs patch for Qmail - long overdue
Not an original but have been waiting for a Plesk Qmail update to accommodate the most common scenario - servers hosting dozens of outgoing IPs for different clients but generic Qmail only allows one sender in the envelope. Someone created the outgoingips patch to Qmail but that involves patching in latest Plesk changes to Qmail. This is long overdue

A task manager is essential for any business and horde webmail has a really good one but you never provide it. You provide webmail, calendar and contacts but no task manager. Please will you provide this. Thank you.

Make component install check licence prior to install
.. and warn if licence needs upgrade.
Our licence is supplied by a 3rd party hosting company and cannot be upgraded. It's frustrating to install a component to find you can't get it to work.

CBM API Example Source Code in PHP - URGENT
Right now, there is not really any sample code on creating a customer & subscription in CBM, although there is an example on doing this directly in Plesk panel.
Please provide some sample code in PHP for CBM create customer, create subscription, check outstanding invoice amount, add invoice credit, and apply invoice credit
The more sample code the better.

IP Addresses must update from PLESK to CBM when provisioned in Plesk - 11.5
When changing a subscription IP in Plesk while CBM is installed, Plesk does not communicate the IP as used to CBM. So you must go to CBM and manually remove that IP.
The same issue applies when removing a site manually from CBM, if it was using a dedicated IP, the IP is not returend to the CBM IP pool.

On the subscription page in Plesk when viewing a subscription - Have a link to PREVIEW URL. This will save the extra clicks of having to click HOSTING Settings > then copy the PREVIEW URL manually

"overloading" also for mailboxes
I as "hosting-reseller" would like to have "overloading" also for mailboxes so that I get a mail and a hint on the admin-panel startpage, when a mailbox is overloaded. And I would like the have the hint on the admin-panel more popular (bigger font and red).

Make the "secure your sites" button display, but be un-clickable and greyed out, SSL
The Secure your sites SSL feature button should be visible, but greyed out, with a description at the bottom that says "You must have a dedicated IP to activate SSL" to prompt customers to follow the SSL setup in order and not attempt to create SSL certs without IP addresses.

Make subdomain creation like it was in Plsk 9.5.x
Having subdomains created like they were in Plesk 9.5.x are easier to manage and use as it uses the "SUBDOMAIN" folder in the vhosts folder.

Webmail branding
I know that you can apply custom branding to Panel however I would like to see this extended to webmail. I'm currently on 11 and using AtMail which I have managed to get my own branding onto to an extent but it's a bit of a faff to do. I know 11.5 uses Roudcube so I hope it can also be customised. Some options in the 'branding' section of Panel would be very helpful. Thanks.
