Track who changed the Plesk Administrator password
The idea is to know who and when changed the Plesk admin password. If it's from CLI, what user (usually root), or if it's on GUI, what IP.
That should be noted in the action log.
Right now it isn't.2 votesWe are happy to report that with the release of Plesk 18.0.62 changes of the admin user's password is are now properly logged. This has been announced in the Plesk Change log: https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#plesk-18062

Set Dark Mode Cookie with Expiration Date instead of settings as a Session Cookie
Currently, the Dark Mode option in Plesk sets a session cookie to dark mode, which is reset to default when the browser tab is closed.
But if this cookie was set with an expiration date instead of a session cookie, this would not be reset after each time the browser tab was closed. This way the user does not have to reset the theme to dark mode with every browser session.3 votesIn Plesk 18.0.56, published October 10th, 2023, the behavior of Dark Mode/Light Mode setting was changed. It should now be persistent.
Please let us know if you have any comments on this new functionality.

Add C6 instance types to the Plesk Obsidian AMIs
You have C5 listed, which is the 2nd generation AMD EPYC processor. Please add C6 to the list so I can upgrade my instance, AWS is not allowing it currently. C6 should be compatible, it's just the 3rd generation AMD EPYC processor instead of 2nd gen.
1 voteWe’re happy to announce that C6i/C6a instance types for Plesk images are now available in AWS Marketplace.
Thank you!

Set custom "system" email address in panel.ini for server notifications, e.g. password reset mails
Some notifications such as Additional Administrators activation email, password reset requests, etc. are sent from the "System" with the address: no-reply@<full-server-hostname>. To change this "System" sender email address, we can set the required full hostname under Tools & Settings > Server Settings > Full hostname.
It would be useful in the future to be able to change the address used for Activation and Password Reset emails in the panel.ini file.
10 votesSince Plesk 18.0.57, published November 21st, 2023, password reset and activation emails are no longer sent from the default email address if a custom one is specified in the senderAddress setting of the panel.ini file. (PPPM-14183).
Please let us know in your comments if this is not the expected solution for this feature request.

Add the ability to require 2FA for accounts.
Many sites and online providers today require the use of 2FA to secure accounts. It would be great if Plesk could require the same thing (at least for administrative accounts). I think this could really help increase the security posture of the software.
As it stands now, Google Auth is optional, and a user has the ability to enable/disable it at will, which isn't ideal.
According to this thread, there are currently areas where 2FA wouldn't currently be possible, but all of these issues have already been solved by other companies. I have no doubt that Plesk could do it…
13 votesWe are glad to announce the new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) extension (https://www.plesk.com/extensions/mfa/), coming to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.61 and later. The new extension is meant to offer seamless 2FA authentication to all Plesk users, and comes with one of the following benefits:
- Plesk administrators can now make multi-factor authentication mandatory for all Plesk users on a server. Learn more about making multi-factor authentication mandatory.
If you have any feedback on the implementation of this feature, please let us know on the forum: https://talk.plesk.com/.

Support SQL Server 2022
Microsoft SQL Server 2022 was released several months ago. We'd like to provide our customers services using this DB engine. Could you please add its support into Plesk?
12 votesGreat news! Microsoft SQL Server 2022 is fully supported since Plesk Obsidian 18.0.50, published January 31st, 2023. Plesk can now detect Microsoft SQL Server 2022 installed locally and allows to create and manage user databases. It is now also possible to do the following:
- Use Microsoft SQL Server 2022 as a remote database server.
- Install Microsoft SQL Server 2022 locally using Plesk Installer.
- Import and export Microsoft SQL Server 2022 databases via the Plesk interface.

Add support Comodo ruleset fo ModSecurity 3.0(Nginx)
At the moment it is not possible to use the Comodo ruleset with ModSecurity 3.0(Nginx).
Due to this xmlrpc.php brute force for WordPress is not protected, which is allowing Plesk server to be vulnerable to xmrlpc.php attacks
3 votesStarting from Plesk 18.0.45 version https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#plesk-18045,
the nginx ModSecurity ruleset from Comodo in now available in Plesk.

Live stats for the End User/Reseller that shows memory usage, DB Usage.
Live stats for the End User/Reseller that shows memory usage, DB Usage. Basically something like how cPanel shows for the End Users. There is already Server stats for the admin since Plesk360 but there is nothing for the End Users.
1 voteSince Plesk 18.0.51 users have an on-demand button "Refresh usage stats" on their statistics page. This updates the disk space usage charts. DB usage can already be seen in total in that pie chart, but also separately per database on the "Database" page.
If "memory" usage means RAM usage for you, please comment how RAM instant RAM usage of a single domain could have an impact on server operations, because such usage would change greatly within milliseconds.

Allow logins to WordPress while "maintenance" mode is engaged.
Imagine being able to perform actual maintenance, when "maintenance mode" is engaged... Instead, actual maintenance can only be done with a 3rd party extension. Or, consider changing the labeling of "maintenance mode" to "WordPress On/Off" since engaging maintenance mode prevents actual maintenance, prevents logging in, and just shuts down the site.
1 voteThis ability was added to WordPress Toolkit v5.7. You can turn it off in maintenance mode settings, if you wish so.

Ability to edit the email queue for subscriptions
Would be very helpful if we could edit the email queue for subscriptions without server-wide admin rights. Unfortunately, as a Plesk user, I cannot edit the email queue in my subscription.

support Rocky Linux
Rocky Linux is bug-for-bug compatible with already supported OS (RHEL, and by extension since AlmaLinux makes the same claim - that too).
However, unlike RHEL and AlmaLinux, Rocky has broad industry support sponsored by Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Fastly etc. so I would like to see Plesk officially add support for Rocky.
