Add secondary email address to contact data
If a mail user or subscription owner forget their mail account password, password recovery information will be mailed to the single stored email address.
How should the user retrieve that email ?????
Therefore an alternate (secondary) email address is a MUST HAVE!!1 voteIn the rare case when mail user or subscription owner forget their mail account password and they cannot recover it, they can always contact hoster to change the password. You can also put secondary e-mail in the Description field, in case you’ll need to e-mail them.
Given that this request isn’t popular, it looks like people have efficient ways to resolve it, so unfortunately we have to decline it.

Problem in receiving mails.
I am frequently missing mails to my mail Id.
1 voteThis may have multiple reasons, we would recommend for investigation with our Support Service (if you purchased from Parallels) or with Support Service of your hosting provider.

allow email address user to control white black list and spam scores in panel
A user with an email address can log in to the panel and set their password and their away message. It would also be great to allow that user to control their white and black lists and set their own spam score.

Mail users can configure their spam settings if you would grant them ’"Mail management" permission in “Users” tab. Hope it helps.

forwarding emails with independent email reciever-address, not the mailbox adress
it should be possible to set an independent address for the forwarded emailm example:
i have a mailbox: mail@domain.com
i set up a forwarding to an other email, maybe forward@domain2.com
the reciever gets an email with reciever-address mail@domain.com, but it would be better to adjust it and set the forward-address as reciever address.

Email forwarding for Email Alias
It should be possible to forward an email send to an email alias instead of forwarding every email.
eg: I have two email adresses, a main adress, and an alias adress.
mainemail@mydomain.com (main adress)
emailalias@mydomain.com (alias adress)
I set the forwarding ONLY to emails send to emailalias@mydomain.com. If the alias received an email, it's send to the forwarded email adress(es).

Make it easy to install a licence once you buy it
After purchasing a licence which was not made easy from within the trial as no links make it intuitive I now have a licence to install. So another half hour wasted trying to find out how to activate the licence as no clear links in it. I found version 9.5 much easier. Still don't know how. grrrr

'Park' feature in Plesk
Many users want to 'park' their sites on our servers.
They want to be able to add these sites to their Google Adsence or other sources to make money while their sites are 'parked'.
I suggest the idea that Parallels Plesk team make a 'Park' feature in Domain Config. The 'Park' feature should have a page by itself where keys, metatags, etc, can be added. Auto-update applications is crazy

The UI Plesk simplifies actions and interventions on the server other than via access SHELL.
However, as we are not perfect;-), ergonomics must be simple to understand and not increase the learning curve. Sometimes it is easier to go through the terminal to perform an action that via PLESK.

I think Plesk 10.4 and 11.0 already have single sign-on for Plesk and Plesk Billing. Would you mean anything else?
3) Improved presentation on the dashboard of updates => a red light to prevent an update + [removal functions notify] + [removal modes updating]. Just put a function [SETTING]

Add option of migration from windows to linux
Many of us, started to using plesk on windows, and have a round 400 sites, now we want to migrate to linux and we need to do this by hand. Plesk should certainly support migration from windows to linux.

When I delete one customer, it has a specific error message as follows:
