   Idea: Server SupportBot :via Chat GPT Api

   Brief Description :

   The Specific Integration of AI to Monitor Errors, via error logs and the status of system services such as CPU Memory and HDD/SSD loads .

   Result :

   to display a notification that
   a) the issue occurred as quickly as possible
   b) to display a possible cause and
   c) display the possible fix

   Overview:
   Integration of ChatGPT API 4.0 with Plesk to enable the development of a chat support bot that provides server support to the Administrator/Server management. this could be incorporated into the Android/iPhone App .

   The SupportBot can be designed to handle common server-related issues, such as server performance warnings, taking CPU overload Memory Capacity and HDD getting beyond 75% and checking system status, get the information on what is causing the issue also with the Alert to get a possible Suggestions to resolve

   prompt: check for app/service that is making the system at capacity and return Plesk FAQ. Documents and Other known information about what can be done.and provide notification on what needs to be done

   supportbot would poll server error logs , ChatGPT would have permission to view just the error logs and set a level that activates troubleshooting its already capable of telling what may be wrong from just pasting the prompt what is causing this error in apache and other error logs

   Thank you for your idea! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular. However, the normal procedure for integration of third-party platforms with Plesk are extensions. These should be developed by the vendors who want to integrate their product with Plesk. Many other storage platforms already have developed extensions for Plesk, so Mega could do the same using the free API toolkit: https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/extensions-guide/plesk-extensions-basics/how-to-create-and-install-extensions.76094/

5. Full path to opened file

   Not a revolutionary idea but it might be helpful...
   When the user opens a file in File Manager, only the file name appears at the top left. I suggest to show also the full path since a given file name (e.g. index.php) may appear in multiple folders.

7. Add an option to Archive sites

   Would be great to be able to archive sites.

   1 - Create a backup of files and database in the default (cloud) backup storage.

   2 - Remove files and database from the hosting.

   3 - Change the site status to Archived but keep on the site list.

   4 - Allow to easily restore from the cloud backup when needed.

9. Sorting of mailbox sizes not possible

   As of late, sorting of mailbox sizes is no longer possible. This was a very useful feature in previous versions to show customers which mailboxes were particularly large.

11. Close SSH terminal Extension when typing "Exit"

    Plesk SSH Terminal extension should close upon enter the "Exit" command, currently the extension only drops, and it reconnects, this is not the expected behavior.

13. Add a link to the error message

    Right now, when the limit of the domains is reached for the Plesk server, the following error message is displayed:
    "Error: There are no available resources of this type (domains) left. Requested: 1; available: 0."

    However, it'll be much more useful if there will be also a link to the Plesk 360 page that will allow directly upgrading the license type.

14. Add an option to hide files and folders that start with "."

    Files/directories starting with a full-stop "." are marked hidden in *nix systems. Add an option to hide or unhide file/directories which names start with a ".".

17. Add Smart Update to a Service Plan

    I would like to be able to add the Smart Updates feature to a specific service plan.

    It wouldn’t be activated for all new installations just the users of a specific plan.

    I would buy 30 sites of Smart Updates for WPT. If the new customer chooses the 'starter' plan they don't get the Smart Update, if they choose the 'super' plan then they get Smart Update for free. Free meaning it would be deducted from my quantity of sites purchased. Then it would automatically activate on their account.

    I love the functionality of Smart Updates and want to make it more automatic and streamlined for the customer.

    I would like to be able to add the Smart Updates feature to a specific service plan.

20. Do not automatically delete non-Plesk Route 53 records

    When making any update to a DNS zone, all records that were not created/synched with Plesk are automatically deleted. This prevents users from using advanced Route 53 functionality, such as aliases (for CDN, load balancer, etc). Because Plesk does not support AWS aliases (which is fair enough), this specific functionality MUST be configured directly in Route 53. That would only be a minor inconvenience, if Plesk didn't actively delete any record not synched with Plesk on any unrelated DNS update. This means Plesk-managed domains can't really use any advanced AWS functionality or Plesk will take the site offline.
    If Plesk simply leaves either non-Plesk synched records alone, or even just those set as a Route 53 alias, this would enable a world of possibilities!
