I would like you to add more business management options to plesk 12.5 like some payment gateway etc...

Sorry, we are not interested in developing in this direction. Payment gateways are numerous and specific to each country.
We would recommend to pick an appropriate billing system, i.e. WHMCs or similar, or to develop payment integration on your own using Plesk SDK – https://ext.plesk.com/help
