If you wish, you can add it by yourself following guidelines at https://www.apsstandard.org or you can seek for this app in alternative app repositories such as Installotron and Softaculous

You should at least write up how to install the docker if the plesk license supports dock install. I find your english instructions for docker to be very difficult.

You might want to check again. Discourse is becoming the main forum player and pushing out all the php based forums. major sites like:
