to add blogger.com on the app list, i need to transfer the content of a blog to a new domain and is not possible

Blogger.com is not a stand-alone web application, it’s a service provided by Google. We cannot package it in APS as we have no access to its source code and we doubt Google would want to do this as well.
We have to decline this request.
