Please enabling control of the WordPress update notification display.
The reason is the function of WordPress Tool Kit may become unusable at all, when WordPress has been updated to new major version by user.
Perhaps, I think that to solve by applying the new MU, but I want to test enough for that.
It takes time of apply of the new MU by test and they can't use WordPress Tool Kit during this period.
Not actual for current version of Word Press Toolkit.

In more detail,1. I was using Plesk12.0 MU#81.
2. One day, WordPress version 4.6 has been newly released.
3. Users click the [!Undate to 4.6] link, it has been updated.
4. Then, with an error, users is no longer able to log in from the WordPress Toolkit.

/var/www/vhosts/domain_name/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/load.php on line 3175. After updating to MU#89, which corresponds to WordPress version 4.6, this problem has been resolved.
