Problem of JMAIL.dll
When you updrade Plesk, each time, the upgrade add two right users at Jmail.dll.
This two new users created has for effect to put impossible to send a message from Form on my website...
Thus every update, I need to open my serveur to remove this rights... It's really crazy because i don't thik to be alone in this case... And since praticly 1 year, I need to do this... Can't you solve this little problem ?!
Best regards,
Thank you for your input!

"Not working" means that permissions are broken again after repair?
Can you show XML file you've created? -

Not working...

you can try repair permissions using Reconfigurator "Correct Disk Permissions" on your drive right now, and check if permissions are broken or not. To avoid surprises during next upgrade.

For example, you have an application (say, IIS module) installed into the folder c:\Program Files\AppName. This module is used on customers' sites, but it does not work properly because Plesk's default security rules prohibit customers from accessing arbitrary folders on the disk. To resolve this, you can create a file named AppName.xml, add your security rules as described further, and place the file into the directory %plesk_dir%\etc\DiskSecurity
..
Sample of file you can find in documentation (using link above).Using this approach you can configure custom permissions to location where jMail component installed. Plesk will not reset permissions to this folder anymore during upgrade.
