Plesk needs to have a CHAT (Human...not "BOT"!) SUPPORT feature embedded within the "Plesk Onyx 17.8.11" dashboard, as I am a complete Newbie trying to configure my "API Key" for Google maps and there is NO help/support feature AT ALL...a terrible situation!

You do NOT even have a "Contact Us" Help Desk link...shockingly poor!

I'm having so much trouble getting ftp / sftp access using filezilla on mac and cannot seem to ssh into the server either - videos not helping as too broad. Trying different port numbers and creating new ftp accounts still no use. Wasted 2 days trying to get on the server. Helping with specific needs would be really useful as I'm pulling my hair out.

My idea is making a so bad reviews of your service in every place i can do, forums, collegues, and any other situation. I that way i hope that your company will fail in the next year so I will have a great satisfaction.
I have give you 59 euro for a service absolutely unfriendly and unuseful, without any kind of assistance and customer care.

Dear Sergey your platform is impossible to undestand so I strongly advice to do something to help people to use it or close it forever.
Don't anwer me that there are a lot of person better than me that can use your platform without problem because is too simple!
