Make greylist compatible with uservoice.com
Currently uservoice.com is still trying to send me mail, but always using another relay-xx.uservoice.com server, thus getting stuck in the greylist again and again.
Plesk should ship with a greylist configuration that works with the sites used by Plesk.
Thank you for your input!
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

Also, your greylisting howto is insufficient.
In https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213394809-How-to-configure-Greylisting I find "Parameters like expire-interval , grey-interval , penalty-interval , and others are configured via the utility grey_listing", but the article completely misses to show how.
The article should not just link to https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/administrator-guide/mail/antispam-tools/greylisting-linux.63249/ but also https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/cli-linux/using-command-line-utilities/grey_listing-greylisting.63188/ where those configuration options are actually explained. -

This is so far shell-only, right? No panel integration yet?
That aside, I think that since this site here is linked at the bottom of the Plesk control panel as "Suggest an idea", it *should* already be pre-configured to let mails from this site through the greylist filter. The default configuration should not restrict all the sites Plesk itself uses as to avoid locking less experienced users out of support channels.
