Allow cloning Wordpress installation on subfolder

This should be implemented soon. If you have the original wordpress installation in a subfolder (which is the default setting in Plesk), then the cloned wordpress installation (now lying directly in a domain/subdomain without subfolder) will not work (at least not for me).
