Allowing to chooses and not to chooses this option brings extra incomes to our Re-seller as some time they do not want to provide such feature to there end user instated they want to sell SSL, so in my perspective, there would be a options in Service Plan for the same.

I think the server admin should have the right to manage his own server the way he wants! thumbs up for this feature

Let's Encrypt was created to be freely available for everyone. I think selling it this way is also against their TOS (didn't check it though).

Let's Encrypt shouldbe there and free for everyone... ;)
I think you don't need an Service Plan for that... -

This might be usefull if one would like to forbidd certain domains to use Let's Encrypt for whatever reason.
In my oppinion it should be possible for all users nowaday to use free SSL, why make money out of a free feature if the provide has nothing to do about it? -

with the push from google to mark non-https sites like the sites with mixed content or expired ssl's this would be great as it would help upsell to existing clients and new potentials.

I would like to be able to add the Lets Encrypt module to only work with selected plans!
ie SSL included in Premium Plans/Reseller Plans only which is a great upsell.
