Auto-Enable Scheduled Backup on Subscription - maybe a new global settings page for default setting

Not sure that this may be automated. Firstly, not everyone wants this. And secondly, what is the default time to assign this Scheduled backup?
I think you can use Event manager with the corresponding command for enabling this backup in case of triggering Event “Subscription created”.

I am using WeFact to manage my customers but I have to log in every time to enable the vackup on the newly created subscription.
