Yes, NGINX for static content or proxy all requests to .NET application.

I would like something similar to Windows, like Linux = Apache and Proxy Nginx. The reason is also to protect IIS.

Can you please share more details regarding your idea?
What excatly do you want to proxy? Do you want NGINX to serve static content only and proxy all requests to .NET applicaiton, for example? How you are measuring performance of your website currently and why do you think that problem is in IIS itself? Have you tried to customize caching in IIS?
