I would prefer an option for Customers, where they can enter their IP-address (IPv4 + IPv6), and check whether it is blocked by the Plesk server (Fail2Ban or FireWall) or not.
If it is blocked, a message can refer the customer/user to the administrator:- In case of FW block or F2B recidive: "The entered IP-address is blocked by the server for security reasons. Please contact your administrator for more information, or in order to unlock it."
- In case of F2B 'short term' block: "The entered IP-address is blocked by the server for security reasons. Please wait xx minutes before retrying, and make sure to use correct login credentials in order not to get blocked for a long term." -> Where xx = the defined F2B blocking time in minutes. (The latter would save us a lot of support tickets).
