All Outgoing messages be encrypted by Plesk (built-in PGP encryption)

Currently Plesk Mail certificate only secure POP/SMTP and IMAP connections, would like a feature to encrypt outgoing messages itself.

    I mean signing all mails with a PGP cerfiticate and optional encryption.
