Log.txt files for each day available via FTP separated for every domain name hosted
Actually the log file contain several days. A must for a good hosting provider is to offer the files for every day, no matter if the file is just 3kb in size
No further information has been provided, but we believe that the requested feature is already available. Currently you can for example set a log rotation to "daily" which will create a daily rotated log file. Logs are on a per-domain basis, too. So you can have both already: separated log files (which are obvious) and daily log files (which can be created by using daily log rotation).

First of all. I have 4 domain hosted and all the log files are mixed in one of two ways: they contain several days or they mix the domains
When your analytics are using tracking or code variables (lets say, #ucf=X_referer), the value is conflicted if the log file contains several days and are not updated on-the-fly. And yes, you are not using Google Analytics and similar third party snippets or code.
Also, it help us to know several issues related to security, allowing to block those bots and attempts to access to non existent web page.
Add to that that if you are launching landing pages (with a life span of 3-5 days for an specific campaign) and want to see results "live" so that you can report back to your customers... you simple are not able to do it because of this issue with the log files.
And these are only three examples of the benefits your users (not all of them know how to work in this way) can get advantage from your service/platform
