Modifying global default Wordpress maintenance page template

Please add functionality to modify default maintenance page for sites in WordPress toolkit.

I concur with this concern. It would be an advantage to be able to customize the default template to the same extent as the templates per instance. Otherwise, one is left with tedious copy-paste work to implement global changes to the template on all instances.
