add an interface in plesk backend to configure outgoing speed by domain
for example, i want to limit delivery of mail to @wanadoo.fr maximum to 1 per second

The answer of admin is useless, these settings managed number of emails sent, the question was about slowing down, you need to modify transport file in terminal to do this but nothing exists as i know in plesk gui to do this, i will be interested to know how to modify settings in terminal without risk to be erased by a plesk update. (sorry for my english)
