How to check who rebooted/shut down a server through Plesk
Add the functionality to be able to know through Plesk, who rebooted or shutdown the server

Only admins can reboot a server, so it won't add useful data to log the user who did it. In the log viewer a "Server has been restarted" entry is visible for each server restart.

When a Plesk server is rebooted or shut down from Tools & Settings > Restart server/Shut down server, this action is not registered in the Action Log.
