Add the possibility to send a notification when a Mailbox is created.
There are already notifications for other actions as creating customer, site, domain, etc.

Please use the "Mail Account Created" event from Tools & Settings > Tools & Resources > Event Manager to link it to a command of your choice, e.g. a script that sends the desired mail notification.
