Access webmail from Plesk interface without entering a password
Please add functionality to access webmail from Plesk interface without using a password.
The same functionality is enabled in cPanel. Please see section "Access webmail from the cPanel interface" of documentation:
https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+to+Log+in+to+Your+Server+or+Account#HowtoLogintoYourServerorAccount-AccessWebmaildirectly

we as administrators have difficulties troubleshooting and accessing the user mailbox when users complain. what we do now is the hard way. we have to reset the password and access the mailbox.. then when the problem is solved, etc, we tell the user to use a new password to log in and change it by themselves after that.

Of course it's important!

What baffles me more is that this is such a simple implementation as Plesk already has access to the unencrypted passwords (however I think Cpanel does this by way of something else, maybe cookies or something).
If such one-click-login function shall not be implemented, then maybe a simple workaround would also help: display the password as a tooltip or something, when hovering over the OPEN WEBMAIL icon in Plesk.

As a website hosting operation, we need to deal with hundreds of websites and lots of mailboxes. Customers sometimes ask what's wrong with their inboxes and we need to log in to the account to diagnose the issue.
Cpanel currently has a feature whereas the system administrator, through the WHMCS interface, can log on to any Cpanel account, and once inside Cpanel it can log on to any mailbox with a single click, no password required. That is quite a time saver.
Plesk does not have such a feature but I found out that it has a simple script that dumps all mailboxes' passwords: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mail_auth_view
So with it, it is easy for us to open any customer mailbox without having to ask for passwords every time. But then in order to do that we need to connect via SSH and run the above command.
So with all this in mind I suggest Plesk implements a single click login option available to system administrators (and perhaps users as well).

The benefit of this function is this:
If any owner/admin of the PLESK/Domain Name is having more than 10 users and users are located at different locations... Few users are using MS Outlook, few are using MAIL client or thunderbird. If someone reports that there is problem with any delivery or is getting spam... How owner/admin can view where was such reported user do not even remember its own password for the email account which was configured months before or years before... By this feature admin atleast can be able to view the emails at webmail of such user by going through the PLESK panel. -

Hi
There should be option to access mailboxes via webmail without entering password so that we can check any issue related to mailbox at server end without change/reset the password of client mailbox.
Same same feature is available in the Cpanel but not in the plesk.
