Ability to create an encrypted database using Amazon RDS extension
Amazon RDS supports encryption - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/Overview.Encryption.html#Overview.Encryption.Enabling
Currently, it is not possible to specify the encrypted option upon creating a database instance Amazon RDS extension.
