Looks like you can use "Amazon S3 Backup" for this case because Yandex.Disk is S3 compatible storage.
Try to configure backup to Yandex.Disk with "Tools & Settings / Backup Manager / Remote Storage Settings / Amazon S3 Backup / Service provider = 'Custom (Minio, OpenStack, etc.)'"
