ActiveSync support on Roundcube and Horde (Push)
ActiveSync is a necessary tool for most businesses today as it allows them to have everything in one place and stream it automatically to every device they use. Users with mobile phones and tablets can easily sync their contacts, calendars, notes and emails via activesync and users with outlook and other mail clients can sync contacts, mail and perhaps notes.

Have a look at the "OpenChange" project (http://www.openchange.org/). Might be worth implementing as it is a open source native replacement for MS Exchange.

No, Josh, unfortunately you cannot have better timeline. We are not posting ETA here.
I am not sure where you grabbed information about "planned for years", but it is false statement. The function was included into our plans mid-last year, according to the log. When you see "In progress" status, that would mean relatively soon delivery.The best you can do is to vote for this feature, since currently it is still #40+ if sorted by votes.

Josh, not sure where you grab the information about "planned since 2013". This is obviously not true, since mid-2013 is the first mention of this idea only.

Sergey, whatever works buddy. This has been "planned" for years.... (since 2013) and we'd really like to see this come soon. Competitors and other products already have kolab groupware installed by default and we'd really like plesk to have that also.
Can we get a better timeline of this feature?

Please don't implement IMAP-Idle. Only Mail can be synced. For Calendar and Contacts you need CalDAV and CardDAV too.
Please implement ActiveSync or Zarafa's Z-Push.
Z-Push is Open-Source and works with all Exchange-Active-Sync activated Devices.

Sergey, perhaps you could enable push into dovecot since Plesk 12 supports Dovecot. Apple's mail server uses Dovecot, and there's a plugin for push. More info can be found here: http://www.dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2012-August/085136.html
I prefer things that work out of the box if it's at all an option, especially when you guys create such great Panels. :) As for Horde 5 working out of the box with ActiveSync, I've yet to see that, unless I've missed something in the default config.
