Enable Web Presence Builder option from Dynamic List in Plesk Obsidian
Enable Web Presence Builder option from Dynamic List in Plesk Obsidian since it is only available on Active List view.

Since Plesk 18.0.26, published April 14th, 2020, a link to WPB can be activated on the Dynamic List by adding a configuration section to panel.ini:
[dynamicList]
enableFeatures = sitebuilder
Please let us know in the comments if this creates the expected behavior that was requested by this feature request.

This just makes the whole "choice of views" feature a very negative experience. You would expect that views are just a different way to access the Plesk functionality, not that different views cover different features with a mostly, but not complete overlap.
This goes beyond this specific functionality, it's just terrible usability. It inserts uncertainty and confusion, as people suddenly can't access their site anymore if they simply changed views. Forget about it being a 'lesser used feature', think about the reliability of Plesk. This is the sort of thing that makes people hate a product, just because it's frustrating and completely void of logic from the user's perspective.
Either drop Presence Builder, or properly support it. Better yet, opt for a proper solution like only displaying the icon if Presence Builder is installed or perhaps when a site has been created. But now it's just a prime example of UI/UX mishap.

I don't understand why you would drop this from the Dynamic List and keep it under the Active or Classic List.
How can you access this functionality otherwise?

Obviously this Admin comment is rubish.
Well, that either means you don't care about the time customers search or admins need to support customers...
Or the Web Presence Builder is faced out?Is the Web Presence Builder still in active development?
Or should be use one of the alternatives from third parties?
