Ability to add custom buttons to the Right Sidebar menu
We need to place a custom button in the Right Sidebar menu in the Customer interface, however, this option is not available in Tools & Settings > Custom Buttons > Add Link Service > Location drop-down menu selection.

Custom buttons can be placed in the right side-bar by selecting "Common Access" from the Location drop down on the button configuration page.
