Since the posting of this it's been almost a year , so is there any progress on installing jitsi or am I going to have to find a new solution for web administration? One thing I am sure of is Jitsi is goiing to get installed on my server ASAP with or without Plesk.

We are providing business hosting and it would be a great feature to have in Plesk Jitsi running in a docker container, which could be provided for the subscriptions that each business has under its own domain Jitsi meeting running.
Thank you.

Given the current worldwide requirement in teleconference applications, I think it would be mutually beneficial for Plesk & its users to have a Jitsi-Meet extension.
Or at the very least, please write a tutorial for us how to safely install Jitsi on Docker in Plesk. The official instructions are not Plesk compatible:
https://github.com/jitsi/docker-jitsi-meet
https://hub.docker.com/u/jitsi/And the websearch results are morec confusing since I don't know if those instructions will brake plesk or not, nor if I'll be able to run jitsi on a subdomain in plesk (we obsiously wouldn't want jitsi to take over the hostname and the entire plesk server...)
