domains from subscriptions in own /var/www/vhosts folder
Since Plesk 11.5.x, the folder structure has been optimized but unfortunately only the first domain in "/var/www/vhosts/firstdomain" of subscriptions stored. Other domains of a subscription then so "/var/www/vhosts/firstdomain/second domain" placed under the first domain which is very suboptimal.
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

I haven't added a new domain since I upgraded, so I didn't know that the second domain would end up under the first. I agree. Keep each domain directly under /var/www/vhosts/

Or even better - go back to old way. 1 subscription = 1 (and only 1) hosting package.
Much clearer for our billing, much clearer for on-disk layout, much clearer to explain towards my customers.
Not to mention the current stuff has issues. Say I have domain1.com and domain2.com. I create subscription domain1.com, add alias domain2.com.
Under domain1.com I add subdomain sub.domain1.com and then I want to add sub.domain2.com as alias of sub.domain1.com -> not possible.
