In Ubuntu license in updates does not appear watchdog and neither in extensions. How to get the module?

psa-watchdog component is not available, since it requires a major update to use TLSv1.2 or higher;

This should be easy to add since monit (the open source software behind psa-watchdog) already is at a new version. In addition, even Ubuntu 20.04 can still support NGINX (see for instance here for NGINX: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1240595/enable-tls-1-0-and-tls-1-1-on-ubuntu-20-04).
