Provide WPTK with ability to manage NinjaFirewall plugin
Currently, WordPress Toolkit allows only deactivating of the plugin in WordPress > example.com > Plugins
tab. However, it should also be possible to activate it via WPTK, not directly in WP Admin dashboard.

This sounds more like a bug rather than a feature request. Therefore, we are closing the case. It is still worth mentioning that at the point of review there is no issue activating/deactivating the NinjaFirewall (WP Edition) plugin through the WP Toolkit interface.
