As this basic feature is not possible the only work-a-round currently is extra administration and manual hands-on to manually install joomla, creating the explicit database first (with needed naming conventions and password) and then configure the domain according to the requirement.
This takes at least 30 minutes to perform with all hands-on and test, if this easy feature had been implemented it had saved much time in administration task
