Support ARM-based Linux operating systems for the .NET Toolkit extension
Support for ARM-based Linux operating systems is not yet available for the .NET Toolkit extension, it would be helpful to have it.

Microsoft has released ARM64 releases for .NET. I've been able to get .NET Toolkit running and working on an ARM64 machine (Neoverse-N1) by removing the "check_os_supported" function in the "install_components" function in the install script.
