WP Toolkit SmartUpdate behavior adjusments
Please modify the WP Toolkit SmartUpdate behavior in a way that it would only reload Nginx configuration, instead of restarting it completely.
Right now WP Toolkit uses restart option, so in case of any inconsistency in configs, Nginx goes down.

This will not be considered a feature request. Instead, we are investigating this as a product issue and will take care of a solution in terms of fixing the issue.
