As Luis already mentioned, Deutsche Telekom requires a publicly accessible contact method (such as a link to a website with an email address or contact form) clearly tied to the domain used by the mail server. Without this, their systems will not accept emails sent from a Plesk server, even if the server is otherwise properly configured.
I'm currently facing an issue with email delivery to recipients using Deutsche Telekom services. My server's IP was blocked due to a lack of reputation. Here's the response I received from Telekom's postmaster support (personal data, IP and hostname redacted):

Thank you for your message.
There has been no activity from the mentioned IP address for a long time. For security reasons, our systems only accept emails from such IP addresses after a review and reset of their reputation.
A prerequisite for resetting the reputation is a configuration that complies with the points described in our "Postmaster FAQ"(*). Please refer to section 4.1 ("Requirements for smooth access to our Mail Exchanges").
For the respective host, this requirement has unfortunately not been met yet. A web redirect or a link from that domain to a website with direct contact information for the person responsible for sending email from this system would be sufficient. This ensures that the responsible party can be contacted immediately in case of disruption or abuse.

It is also required, for example, to be able to send mails to Telekom servers.

Business critical topic - it's a compliance issue for all german users if you cannot link to an imprint + data protection policy. Please consider 2 custom links at least!

Currently, it's possible to add the custom buttons using Tools & Settings > Custom Buttons (in the Plesk Appearance group), however, there is no option to add such buttons/links to the Plesk login page.
Such a feature would be nice to have.
