Please add possibility to hide the SSL/TLS Certificates button for Plesk Customer accounts
As even if we create a service plan with the only "DNS zone management" permission enabled, the SSL/TLS Certificates button still be visible for customer

Upon a further review, I can see that this behavior was considered as a Plesk bug with the ID #PPPM-13045, which will be fixed in next Plesk release versions
Currently there is no workaround for this situation.
