Disable Application Auto updates as an option
Yes, we can disable from being turned on and it still appears as an option in customers panel.
Would like to not show the option at all, as these updates are inaccurate and often break the sites.
Example - we have WordPress 3.7.1 (latest version) and Plesk is recommending a update.
Example - Plesk updates to WordPress 3.7.1 re-installs WordPress and requires a new site title and user name, resulting in a broken site with customizations lost.
Disabling this feature from appearing at all, especially since it has the ability to over write site files, would be a great help.

Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

This is a feature I would most welcome I get allot of complaints from customers who update their application then find out it is broken and need to start from fresh. Being able to stop plesk updating the apps and instead using the apps built in function instead.
