Increase maximum password length to 16 or more characters
Our organization has a need to be able to use 16 character passwords (in part to satisfy audit requirements). When will Plesk Panel be able to allow for more than 13/14 password characters?

Could you tell what passwords do you mean? What is Plesk platform/version do you use?
UPD: Plesk team tested 20-symbol long passwords and it worked. The problem cannot be reproduced. Pls provide additional information

Original request was based on a previous version of document

which had lower limits for passwords than that same document that has been recently (4/30/2014) updated.Consequently, this request can be removed/closed.

I can't catch described problem. Password with 20 symbols length was tested. Could you provide us with password example and steps how to get error about 16 symbols limit?
