subdomain and
subdomain with *.mydomain.com will crash webmail.mydomain.com
that is nginx error! please fix it

Could you provide us with more details? I can't reproduce your problem on Plesk 11.5 CentOS6x32 and Plesk 12.0 preview Debian 7x32.
