We are happy to announce that the ability to Track Email Delivery is now available in Log Browser 1.8.0. In the new version, Plesk customers (as well as Plesk administrators) can track email delivery and manage deferred emails right in the domain card (under the "Mail" tab). If an email has been deferred, the reason also be shown.

    hi All,

    just to let everyone know we developed an extension for this which Plesk refused to publish on the extensions marketplace. if anyone would any doubts extension catalog is a strictly controlled area and the purpose is not to provide functionality for users.

    6 years in and we still can't track emails...

    We are facing a great doubt about our Plesk mailserver accountability within our company, each now and then, big-event incident raises due to an important email didn't reach the clients ( so we have to investigate and do the recommended settings modification with plesk).

    As a plesk administrator i don't have any notification (delivery receipt) then a tool to manage these mail delivery incidents.

    How Plesk doesn't support this feature is beyond me, it's imperative to managing an email server. Extremely disappointed.
