I have installed joomla from the control panel, I cannot update Joomla I get the foollowing Error.
ERROR:
Could not open /var/www/vhosts/csxmx.mx/httpdocs/joomla/administrator/includes/toolbar.php for writing. How do I fix the writing permission?
And also I have problems publishing and installing modules. Joomla version is 3.3.
