Save all the chats
we need a system, where all the chat help for each customer is saved by date and subject, and integrated into the home page. This would save a lot of repeat questions, and we could review all the wonderful help we get.

You may need to contact some other software vendor with this kind of request. Plesk doesn’t provide this kind of service.
