Allow for use of Duplicator with your site, in order to ease import of alternately hosted sites.
Unable to utilize Duplicator in order to import my site from an alternate host. Requesting enabling Duplicator application, in order to ease import of site from alternate hosting provider.

Could you please report details on what exactly when wrong when you tried Duplicator?

Have you seen any error messages? Did you ask Duplicator team for what is a problem and why it stops?

When running Duplicator, it's able to start the duplication process, but only gets partially through the file acquisition from the website before stopping without complete content.
