All non standard ports (other than port 25) for use by smtp protocols to send mail.
The reason is some ISP's block port 25 on smtp

If SMPT port 25 is not working from your end, kindly enable Submission Port from Plesk – http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP12/12.0/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-administrator-guide/59430.htm
