Manage manual added Databases (without Plesk)
It's not possible to manage Databases that had been added manually without Plesk 12. I can't say that i want to use a specific Database in a "profil" Domain-Database Setting.
It would be really nice to add a Option to "add existing / import" a Database the Plesk GUI would like the same but no checking of " Database with requested name already exists".
Now i can't do a fully Backup with all Databases, manuall with plesk added Databases are missing!
TIA
This functionality was added in Plesk ‘Onyx’ 17.0
https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/17.0/cli-linux/using-command-line-utilities/database-databases.75671/
We suggest you to upgrade to Plesk ‘Onyx’ and check it out.

We use our plesk panel as a company to serve clients websites and would like the ability of adding an existing MSSQL database to a domain subscription if it's not already assigned, this would allow us to move from a development environment to a release environment using an MSSQL database restore without having to create the database via plesk then drop and recreate with our existing data and reassign the database and permissions.

Show MySQL Databases, created via phpMyAdmin in Plesk:
Actually, created DBs through Plesk are shown under "Databases".. But via phpMyAdmin created DBs are not shown.

I have seen in other control panels the option to attach a database, that saves the hassle of contacting support to restore a database or attach one.
