Add DNS TTL per entry
Add a DNS TTL per entry option instead of just SOA TTL.
This will make it more inline with products like cPanel etc and is very useful when using dynamic dns to have low TTL but other entries like mx can have a high TTL
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.31 with this feature is now available! We’d like to thank everyone who commented on this request and provided invaluable feedback. Thanks!
If you have any feedback on the implementation of this feature, please let us know on the forum: https://talk.plesk.com.
We’re closing this request since the support of managing TTL per DNS-record is completed.

I can't believe it's not in plesk yet

I was thinking that I was overseeing it. It’s so basic that it’s weird it isn’t there since the beginning.

This feature request is actually just 10 minutes of work for your developers. It's effectively only adding a TTL box, some sanity checking to make sure users enter integers and write the value in the bind zone configuration file. It's really that easy!
It's unbelievable that this feature is not even considered 4 years after asking and 177 votes!

I migrated so much to plesk and was very surprised that plesk cannot change ttl records, unlike CPanel
Plesk is a very good hosting panel, but not TTL setting in DNS manager - it's a big minus for Plesk.
I'm thinking about back migration to CPanel :( -

TTL is part of a DNS administration, and should NEVER be considered a default value. Adjusting the TTL values is actively used by admins and hoster around the world in the use for swift changes on the Internet.
Why oh why would you block this feature for your customers?
We are forced to build our DNS administration elsewhere now, just because of this tiny thing.

This is a very important feature. If you have to migrate a website for example it's important to be able to set a low TTL on all a records to make the experience less painful for the customer but the mx server could still stay on a high TTL.

On the domain's "SOA" tab note the "TTL" field is applied to all records, so we can lower the TTL for all records, just not individual records.

Interesting that the now discontinued Parallels Plesk Automation 11.5 had the ability to edit TTLs (for custom records). I was a bit surprised Onyx does not.
